Seven phases, each ending with something you can hold.

  1. Develop Week 0 to 2 Audience, outcome and budget settled in one call, then a one-page treatment you can forward.
  2. Access Week 2 to 5 Studios, locations and interviewees booked, permissions in writing before a camera turns on.
  3. Plan Week 5 to 6 Crew, kit and days sized to the film. A written plan you approve.
  4. Shoot Days, not weeks Cinema cameras, real sound, real light, a crew small enough to be invited back.
  5. Cut Week 8 to 12 Story first, then the edit, with review links you can comment on from your phone.
  6. Finish Week 12 to 14 Colour, sound design, graphics, titles and credits to your brand.
